For the Ladies – Vintage accessories on display.
This year “For the Ladies” is the theme of an exhibit in the center section at the Coal Town Museum. Vintage women’s hats, gloves, jewelry and other accessories will be on display. Featured items include hats made by the late Marynette White of Clinton, who worked in Indianapolis and took millinery classes there during the 1950s. White donated the hats for museum display just a week before her death this summer at the age of 92.
Museum festival hours are Friday after the parade until 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Monday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
